　　一、院前急救由急诊科x主任及xxx安排出车。
　　二、病人需要转院、出院由院办室或总值班派车。北京不低于1400元，张家口不低于1000元，带医生护士另收费。
　　三、除司机外所有人员不可以代收出车费。特殊情况请示院办室或总值班。
　　四、司机出车前，查收交费发票，见票出车，未交费拒绝出车，如有特殊原因未交费告知办公室或总值班说明情况。出车后由司机负责追费，三个司机可代收车费，回来后上交医院。如有漏费现象，司机承担一次1500元。
　　五、医院职工直系亲属等特殊人员，如因家庭困难需减免费用的，个人提出申请，由院长签字后给予减免。
　　六、司机实行三班制度，8.6班、24小时班、休息顺延。8.6班司机负责医院公务用车、车辆保养、病人转院；24小时班司机，负责接急救病人；休息人员在身体允许的情况下，可以参加上述任务。
　　七、每天上午8:30左右，由A主任落实前一天出车情况，主要查看转诊病人的出车费问题，如A主任不在，由B主任落实。
　　八、未经办公室或总值班派车，属私自用车，途中出险者，后果自负，并扣除本次出车补助。
　　九、禁止私自用车，违反后果自负。
　　十、接送病人必须用本院救护车。
　　十一、不准拉私活，发现按以上标准加倍处罚。
