　　一元复始，万象更新。在xx年新春佳节来临之际，中共xx市xx区国税局党组携全体国税干部谨向你们致以亲切的慰问和节日的祝贺！
　　岁月回眸，大地欢歌。xx年，是“十三五”开局之年，是进入全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的启动之年，也是深化国税、地税征管体制改革的第一年，税收事业步入了新的发展时期。我们在党的十八届五中、六中全会重要精神指引下，紧紧围绕省、市局的工作思路和工作目标，克难攻坚，砥砺奋进，各项工作取得显著成效。实现了金税三期成功上线，打赢了营改增攻坚战，国地税合作推向深水区，“岗位大练兵、业务大比武”活动成效卓著，“六型班子”建设、“六好基层局”建设初具规模……全年共完成市级全口径税收收入xx万元，同比增加xx万元，增长了14.62%。
　　一份沉甸甸的工作成绩单，凝聚着全局国税干部职工勤劳与智慧、心血与汗水，同时也包含着离退休老同志的关注和奉献。回首往昔，为了税收这个神圣的事业，你们付出了青春、付出了汗水，你们把热情和精力都还毫无保留献给了税收事业。对于老领导、老同志们过去为税收事业的建设和发展所做出的贡献我们是不会忘记的。
　　老干部是党和国家的宝贵财富，是推动国税事业改革、促进区域经济发展、维护社会稳定的重要力量。在新的一年里我们将一如既往地认真贯彻落实党中央关于老干部工作的方针、政策，继续在政治上尊重老干部、思想上关心老干部、生活上照顾老干部，切实落实好老干部的各项待遇，为老干部办实事、办好事。同时，也殷切希望全体离退休老同志大力弘扬党的优良传统和作风，继续从思想上、舆论上、行动上关心支持区局各项工作，共同为xx国税的发展进步再做新的贡献。
