　　很荣幸能够加入工会工作者这个大家庭,也感谢组织的信任委以工会主席这个重任。作为今年11月份刚刚上任的新人，之前没有具体接触工会工作，这次主要是来学习，吸收**局的政策要求，吸收各单位的先进经验。
　　结合我局的实际情况，对**局的下一步工会工作也有几点想法。
　　一是工会工作一定要融入党建工作大格局中，紧紧围绕****中心工作，巩固党的领导，服务干部职工，促进**工作。
　　二是做好工会工作，一定要认真严格落实新的工会工作制度，学好用好有关政策法规，特别是《基层工会经费收支管理办法》实施细则，确保工会财务安全。组织工会委员、经审委员、女职工委员以及各个工会协会负责人专题学习有关工会管理办法。
　　三是管理上严格落实无预算，不执行。加强预算的管理和执行工作，提高预算编制的科学性，把对干部职工的关爱都体现到预算工作中。加强决算管理，加强经费使用的过程控制，把经费监控工作做到平时，确保每一笔支出符合要求。
　　四是结合**局工作人员身兼多岗的情况，努力把工会工作和财务管理工作结合起来，提高财务人员对工会会计制度的掌握，提高工会资金安全和使用效率。
