局纪检组：
　　按照xx税务局关于对《贯彻落实中央八项规定实施办法》落实情况的检查方案的有关要求，我科室组织财务人员对方案中涉及的财务事项进行了深入自查，现将相关情况报告如下：
　　一、自查时间
　　2018年x月x日至2018年xx月xx日。
　　二、自查范围
　　本次自查严格按照方案中的要求，对xx税务局涉及公务接待、津补贴发放、厉行勤俭节约等情况进行了清理核查。
　　三、自查结果
　　通过调阅原始会计凭证、银行发放流水等方式对本年度发生的公务接待、津补贴发放、公车运行等数据进行了全面清理，自查结果如下：
　　（一）公务接待情况（详见附表）
　　截止2018年xx月xx日，全局累计发生公务接待xx笔，金额xx元，其中原国税xxx笔，金额xxxxx元；原地税xx笔，金额xx元。
　　（二）津补贴发放情况(详见附表)
　　截止2018年xx月xx日，全局累计发放津补贴xx项，金额xx元，其中原国税xx项，金额xxxxx元；原地税x项，金额xx元。
　　（三）厉行勤俭节约情况
　　经查，本局公务接待，均按照《公务接待管理办法》中规定标准执行，公务接待均选在普通餐厅，用餐过程中未出现高档菜肴、酒类饮品等奢侈浪费行为；全局财务支出均按照年初预算执行，未出现铺张浪费情况。
　　四、发现的问题、原因及整改措施
　　经过自查，未发现违反中央八项规定的事项。
