　　大家好！今天，我们欢聚一堂，隆重举行我县城区公交线路的开通仪式，这是我县交通发展史上的一件大喜事。首先，我谨代表xx县委、县政府，对城区公交线路的开通表示热烈祝贺！向辛勤工作在城区公交一线岗位上的广大职工表示亲切慰问！
　　公交是一个城市的窗口，公交车辆是城市流动的风景，公交服务是一个地区文明程度的体现。优先发展城区公共交通，是建设文明城市、构建和谐社会、促进城区一体化发展的重要举措。城区公交线路的开通，不仅可以方便群众出行，改善群众乘车条件，也是县委、县政府贯彻落实科学发展观、建设节约型社会、推进新型城镇化建设，顺应民心、关注民生，全心全意为群众办实事、办好事的具体表现。
　　县交通运输部门要加强对车辆安全和经营行为的监管，维护好客运市场秩序，让人民群众乘上安全、便捷、舒适的公交车。新成立的xx公交公司，在今后的运营管理中，要牢固树立“安全第一、服务第一、社会效益第一”的经营理念，以“城区一体谋发展、服务乘客建和谐”为宗旨，狠抓安全教育，提升服务质量，争创“文明公交”，为百姓群众提供“便利、优质、安全”的运输服务，努力打造“示范线路”、“精品线路”。同时，也欢迎广大群众积极乘坐公交、支持公交，促进全县公交事业的发展。
