　　2016年节日将至，为体现局党组对我办广大退休干部职工的关心和爱护，营造尊老敬老社会氛围，经办党组研究，节前开展走访慰问退休干部职工活动，现制定如下方案：
　　一、走访慰问具体方法：
　　1、办局级退休干部由主要领导带队组织走访慰问。

　　2、处级及以下退休干部和工人由退休时所在处室组织走访慰问。
　　二、走访慰问时间：
　　2016年*月13日至*月29日前结束。
　　三、具体要求：
　　（一）加强组织领导。各级要将走访慰问活动列入当前工作的重要议事日程，认真组织，统筹安排，注重实效。
　　（二）务求实效。走访慰问时，各走访处室要认真听取老同志的意见建议，了解掌握他们的生活状况和实际困难，实实在在为他们办好事、办实事、解难事。特别是对年高体弱、家庭收入偏低等生活困难的退休干部要重点进行慰问。2016年的春节走访慰问活动不送慰问金、不送礼品。
　　（三）突出思想内涵。慰问中各走访处室要充分肯定退休干部对事业发展所做出的重要贡献，积极宣传党的政策，通报工作取得的成就，发挥和调动退休干部在构建和谐社会、和谐家庭中的积极作用。
