尊敬的各位领导、各位党员：

　　今天，我怀着歉疚和懊悔的心在这里发言，因为今天我遭遇了人生中的一个巨大失败，党组织给了我最高处分，那就是开除党籍。

　　2011年6月30日，我怀着万分激动的心情加入了党组织，当年宣誓的场景犹历历在目，让人难忘。但今天，我却被宣布要离开这个组织了，让我心酸。由于妻子意外怀孕，有着一丝侥幸心理的我没有采取措施，于去年8月生下了第二个孩子，违反了人口与计划生育法律，也违反了组织规定。组织对我的处理决定，无异于当头棒喝，让我警醒。在这里，我也以一个不合格党员身份劝告其他同志：党纪国法红线踩不得。

　　虽然知道自己错误严重，但是在这里，我还是向组织提出几点请求。

　　我从小就是一个先进积极分子，很早就申请入队、入团，直至加入党组织，加入组织后，我也以老同志为榜样，积极参加组织活动，关心村上发展，个人也勤恳工作，作风正派，思想行为还是得到了同志们的肯定。

　　犯错后，村上组织及时找我谈话了解情况，我都十分配合，主动反映情况，交待错误，反省自己，两次书面上交检讨书，并在小组讨论会上发言检讨自己。在组织处理期间，仍一如既往要求自己，在村上积极为患白血病刘静沂小朋友捐款，在工作地方看望慰问孤寡老人，努力挽回因为我违反计划生育造成的不好影响。

　　我党一直是本着惩前毖后，治病救人的精神，按照错误性质和情节严重给予党员批评教育直至纪律处分。当前，国家已经放开二孩政策，在此，我恳请党组织能结合当前国家促进人口均衡发展的政策实际，根据我个人表现，给我一个留在党内的机会。
