　　为预防因机件松动、缺油等原因引起安全隐患，车间制定以下措施：
　　1、保全平车机台，大平一月之内，发现E1、E6脱出，E5松动、发热;小平一周之内，发现E6脱出，E5松动、发热，均考核责任人20元。
　　2、保全每周二，按责任区进行检查，发现E5、E6、E1松动、脱出、发热等，应急、及时登记在专用本子上，并予以修复。
　　3、保养每周四，按保养去进行检查，发现E5、E6、E1松动、脱出、发热等，及时登记在专用本子上，并予以修复。
　　4、加油工巡回发现E5、E6、E1松动、脱出、发热等，及时通报主管技术员，由技术员通知责任人进行修复。问题严重机台，由车间落实考核。
　　5、车间检查发现E5、E6、E1松动、脱出、发热等问题，每处考核责任人5元。
　　6、平、检修发现缺油引起机件锈死、发热等，每次考核责任人5元。
　　7、加油工因缺油引起火苗，调离加油房。
　　8、保全、保养人员对有问题的机台修复后，再次出现类似毛病考核责任人20元。
　　9、修理大坏车机台必须登记，并由保养负责验收，保全、保养组长、技术员及车间抽查，查出问题考核责任人。本规定从XX年XX 月XX 日起开始执行。
