　　一、合同细则

　　根据甲方要求，乙方在甲方所属单位安装监控摄像头贰拾壹台，显示大屏系统壹套。（产品型号及相关辅件会单独提供详细资料）

　　（1）甲方负责提供给乙方在施工中的取点、布线及摄像机具体安装位置。

　　（2）乙方要在XXXX年XX月XX日前将所有管线设施安装到位，将所有设备安装、调试到位，保证甲方需要时监控设备的正常使用。

　　（3）监控设备系统免费保修两年（人为和不可抗力破坏因素除外）。保修期满后终生维护，维护或者维修期间仅收取成本费用。

　　二、合同金额及付款方式

　　（1）甲方需要支付乙方监控设备及安装总金额为：人民币XXXXXX（￥XXXXX）。

　　（2）甲方需要支付乙方预付款（合同金额20%）：XXXXXX人民币，乙方安装、调试结束后，甲方支付剩下的所有工程款（合同金额75%）共：XXXXX人民币，壹年质保期满后，支付尾款（合同金额5%）共：XXXXX人民币。

　　三、违约责任

　　（1）乙方必须确保产品质量和工程期，耽误工期时间（每周）按总价的2%支付甲方违约金。

　　（2）合同签订后，甲方应在合同规定时间内支付乙方贷款，否则按（每周）总价的2%支付乙方违约金。

　　四、解决合同纠纷方式

　　合同执行过程中，如产生争议，双方友好协商解决，协商无果，按合同法诉讼解决。

　　五、本合同壹式贰份，甲乙双方各持壹份；自甲乙双方签字盖章后即产生法律效力。
