尊敬的戴书记、向市长，各位领导、各位来宾，同志们：
　　在这火热的盛夏，在即将迎来党的90周年华诞之时，我们以激昂澎湃的心情，回顾那热火朝天的建设历程，共享郴州大道全线通车带来的喜悦。今天，湖南建工集团作为工程投资和建设方代表，我们满怀感恩之情，向两年多来始终关心和支持郴州大道建设的各位领导及社会各界表示衷心的感谢！向友好而热情的郴州人民表示诚挚的祝福！
　　2009年3月，湖南建工集团采用BT模式，与郴州市人民政府合作投资建设郴州大道改扩建工程二段。该工程西起锁石路口，东至郴州有色金属产业园区，在这8.8公里的路段上，湖南建工人以辛勤的汗水和智慧，以只争朝夕的信念，致力打造精品示范工程。
　　在施工建设过程中，我们也曾遇到过重重困难。庞大的交通流量、繁多的来往人员，众多的拆迁任务以及复杂的地下管网，让协调工作及组织施工变得异常艰难。
　　在这样的状况下，我们自开工之初便从资源配置、施工组织、现场协调、服务保障、文明施工等环节加大协调督导力度，确保机械设备保持足量，施工队伍保持足够，作业时间保持足长。我们坚持以“提进度保通车、提管理保质量、提素质保安全、提文明保和谐”为标准，严格管理、精益求精，坚持“粗活细做，细活精做”，有效确保了工程整体质量和工期。
　　在这样的状况下，市委市政府充分运用市场经济手段来解决经济发展所遇到的问题，提供了最宽松的投资施工环境。郴州各职能部门廉洁高效，服务意识强。郴州市城投中心领导及各部门给予大力支持和指导，沿线村镇及居民做出了无私的奉献和配合，营造了一个良好的投资建设环境。
　　郴州大道全线通车，提升了城市品位、改善了人居环境，树立了全新形象，是郴州城市基础设施建设史上的一个里程碑！今后，湖南建工集团将好好总结在郴州大道建设上的经验，继续保持与市委市政府良好的合作势头，坚定不移地推进郴州城市建设，为推进郴州“两城”建设再立新功！
