    在此次xx市半年度对xx市乡镇环境卫生的抽查评比中，我镇被列入十差乡镇，深感我镇工作上的差距，并给我市“城乡统筹，环境同治”工作拖了后腿，在此深刻检讨。痛定思痛，特向各位领导郑重表态，在下一阶段的工作中，我们将深刻剖析存在的问题，查找原因、对症下药，并埋头苦干、迎头赶上。
    一是加强领导，明晰监督落实主体。进一步明确责任区域的划分，确保工作有计划、有步骤、有重点地深入推进，并加大目标考核和奖惩兑现的力度。xx市卫生检查后，我们随即召开了党政联席会议和镇村干部会议，对检查中发现的问题和全镇存在的不足，分析原因、深刻反思，并对相关责任人进行了严肃的追责。对相应人员采取诫免谈话、停职检查、取消季度奖、考核末位等措施。
    二是深化宣传教育，营造全民动手氛围。广泛发动群众，强化村民自治，积极采纳群众建议，激发群众参与热情，真正实现群众为主的环境同治工作氛围，在全镇范围内基本消灭乱倒垃圾、乱扔病死禽畜的行为。
