xx人民政府：
　　xx房地产开发有限责任公司开发位于xx街以南，xx路以北，xx路以西的居民平房住宅区进行拆迁改造，建设“xx”项目。该项目总投资约4.5亿元，占地面积约16万平方米，建筑面积38万平方米。该项目是xx政府于20xx年确定实施的向自治区成立xx周年大庆献礼的重点旧城区和城中村改造项目。拆迁存在的困难是：拆迁面积达13.9万平方米，拆迁户数多达1800余户，该项目区内东西宽度仅为341米，南北宽度仅为468米。目前xx路东面的四栋楼，回迁安置了72户，面积4641.95平米，货币安置了50户，面积3300.16平米，未拆的住宅主要集中在3号楼，由于房屋面积小，且多数是退休老人，回迁交不起超面积补差款，货币补偿要求又高，使拆迁工作面临停滞状态。商铺业主因回迁位置、房屋结构布局等原因，多数不愿回迁，货币补偿要求又高于标准，双方差距大，现处于僵持现状。百度城项目集体土地已变为国有土地，在与收储中心招拍挂过程中又不能分批次挂牌，导致开发手续无法顺利办理，恳请区政府协调收储及规划部门为我公司早日顺利办理手续。
