　　1、市区军用光缆与南水北调工程交越情况：
　　xxxxx一级48D、xx二级24D、xxxx二级48D直埋共计4条光缆南水北调工程交越3处。
　　2、市南水北调城区办不再支付影响范围内通信光缆临时迁改费用。
　　城区办负责协调市区南水北调中线两侧绿化带、跨越道路部分修建桥梁影响通信光缆线路的拆迁、复建，受此影响，军用光缆线路必需2～3次临时改迁，我局与南水北调中线办签中线工程影响通信线路拆迁、复建协议，未包括城区绿化带、桥梁影响通信线路临建费用。
　　现城区办负责焦作市区中线及绿化带协调工作，但是不再支付临建费用，由于军用光缆的特殊性，不能采取简单的改迁，为保证通信的稳定性，一切以国防光缆的安全畅通为前提，将加大改迁成本，南水北调下达的中线、复建费不能满足临建时拆迁、复建需要。
　　3、为保证军用光缆能够安全稳定运行，给国防提供可靠的通信保障。
　　（1）将涉及军事光缆的几家施工单位召集一起，向施工单位宣传国防通信的重要性，施工单位在施工过程中，能主动采取保护措施。
　　（2）双方共同制定通信线路拆迁、复建方案，确保通信光缆的安全。
　　（3）能否让南水北调办下达军事光缆线路专项临建专项费用，或增加本次遗漏通信线路拆迁复建费。
　　（4）南水北调桥梁修建过程中，为军用光缆提供备用管孔，以备国防通信今后扩容。
