中国新农村建设基金会：
为了深入推进新农村建设，我县按照中央和省远程办的安排，在中国农建咨询服务中心的帮助下，综合利用资源，高起点设计，高标准实施，在全县范围内搭建集视频会议、电子政务、电子商务、远程教育等功能于一体的“农村党员现代化远程教育网络”平台。建成投入使用后，将便于群众沟通市场信息，利于提高党政工作效率、促进农民脱贫致富，惠及全县*万人民。目前该工程已全面铺开，各项设备正陆续安装，全部投资共需*万元，其中：县级平台建设投资*万元；远程视频会议主会场建设投资*万元；*个行政村和乡镇分会场建设，每个终端点*元，需用资金*万元； OA电子政务系统及党政门户网建设资金*万元；网络使用费*万元;接入安装费用*万元。该工程投资数额较大，作为国贫县虽已从财政中挤出*万元投入建设，但仍不能满足工程需要，至今尚有*万元的资金缺口没有着落。为使这项惠民工程圆满完成，特恳请中国新农村建设基金会帮助解决缺口资金*万元，全县*万人民将永远铭记。
