    近期，我国多个地区暴雨频发，给企业财产及人员生命造成重大损失。为预防和遏制暴雨事故发生，将损失减少到最低限度，特于2012年8月3日，在xxxx酒店举办防灾防损会议。
    一、会议认为，随着我国经济的快速发展和全球气候的变暖，暴雨等自然灾害对城市经济和社会发展的危害性越来越大，造成损失的形式也趋于多样。特别是近期，我国北京、天津等多个地区遇到暴雨侵袭，蒙受了巨大损失。暴雨所造成的破坏不仅直接表现在淹没农田等传统损失，而且暴雨带来的破坏地下停车场，破坏配电设施和供水设施等次生灾害所造成的重大损失也是前所未见的。
    二、会议介绍了我司承保的财产损失的情况，并介绍了以往处理重大事故的经验和体会，与客户分享。
    三、会议决定，与气象部门建立合作机制，提前对区域气候特征、如洪涝、台风、泥石流等自然灾害进行检测和分析，及时掌握气候变化情况，及时向客户发布预警，做好灾害风险的防范和处置工作。
    四、会议决定，针对强暴雨的二次事故发生问题，联系市相关部门，争取获得泄洪水流量、覆盖区域、以及减灾水位线等信息，以便做好保险标的的防灾、减灾指导，最大程度的降低风险，减小损失。
