　　2019年，本人深入学习贯彻落实党的十九届四中全会精神、十九届中央纪委三次全会、自治区纪委九届四次全会和市纪委十一届四次全会精神，增强 “四个意识”，坚定 “四个自信”，做到“两个维护”。紧紧围绕总目标，以党的政治建设为统领，忠实履行党章和宪法赋予的职责，强化监督，以高度的政治责任和使命担当，圆满的完成了各项工作任务，现将全年工作总结如下。
　　一、深入学习党的理论，不断强化思想武装。一年来，本人全面系统学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、党的十九大精神和习近平总书记重要讲话精神，特别是关于全面从严治党、关于**工作的重要讲话和指示精神，自觉把自己摆进去、把职责摆进去、把工作摆进去，通过对标对表及时校正偏差，使自己在政治上、思想上、行动上始终与党中央保持高度一致。
　　二、系统学习业务知识，全面提高履职本领。按照自治区纪委、市纪委对纪检监察干部开展“全员培训”和“大练兵”要求，认真参加市纪委监委组织的业务培训，系统学习了《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《监察法》《规则》《规定》以及中央纪委监委下发《纪检监察干部培训系列课程》等，把“规、纪、法”基础知识学扎实、理解透，为依规依纪依法履行职责奠定坚实基础。
　　三、旗帜鲜明讲政治、聚焦主责主业，忠实履行纪检监察职责。一是做实做细监督这个第一职责，自觉把“两个维护”落实到日常监督的、审查调查等各项工作中，加强对党中央重大决策部署和自治区党委、市委各项工作安排、工作要求贯彻落实情况的监督检查，确保政令畅通、步调一致。二是进一步增强政治敏锐性和政治鉴别力，严肃**纪律，深挖严查干部队伍中的两面人、两面派。三是巩固贯彻落实中央八项规定精神成果，始终保持惩治腐败高压态势，深化标本兼治，一体推进并建立不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐长效机制。
　　新的一年，本人将进一步加强学习，提高认识，坚定信仰，把“打铁必须自身硬”作为首要政治要求，为推动我市纪检监察工作高质量发展做出自己应有的贡献。<\/td>"); document.writeln(" <\/tr>"); document.writeln(" <\/table>");
