　　为进一步加强行风建设，改进工作作风，扎实推进“工业**、滨海城市”建设，提高工作效率，提升工作质量，全面落实《临港型现代农业发展规划》，现结合我局实际，作出如下承诺：
　　1、深入贯彻落实科学发展观。认真宣传、贯彻、落实党在农村的方针、政策，引导和支持农民调整和优化农业生产结构，发展优质、高产、高效农业，提高农产品市场竞争力，促进农业增效和农民增收。
　　2、转变工作作风，优化服务质量。坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，积极为广大农民提供技术示范及信息服务，技术人员经常深入到农户、深入到田间地头面对面的技术指导。
　　3、严格依法行政，提高农业执法水平。加强农资市场的日常监管，不断规范执法行为，采取多种形式严厉打击假冒伪劣农资坑农害农等各种涉农违法违纪行为，不断净化和规范农资市场经营秩序，切实保护广大农民的合法权益不受损害。
　　4、推行政务公开，增加工作透明度。公开工作职能和行政审批项目；公开办事依据、程序和时限；公开收费依据、收费项目和收费标准；公开监督服务电话。
　　5、加快现代农业发展步伐。全面落实《临港型现代农业发展规划》，大力推广普及农业实用新技术，努力建设一批优质农产品基地，加速农业产业化经营，为 “工业**、滨海城市” 建设加油助推。
　　6、实行首问责任制。对前来办事的群众，由第一个接待人员负责全程办理，需移交相关人员或相应科室站的，要过问到底。不在本局职权范围内的事项，讲明原因，介绍到相关部门。
