　　溇澧锦绣多鸿儒，浓墨重彩着华章。今天，我们以“丹青溇澧·林秀江垭”为主题，隆重举行“美丽乡村”油画名家写生活动启动仪式，受县委xx书记委托，在此，我代表县委、县政府对大家的到来，表示热烈的欢迎！向关心xx发展的各位领导、各位来宾表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意！
　　xx县总面积3492平方公里，总人口7１万人，因“土俗淳慈，得物产利”而得名，素有“金慈银澧”之称，建置已达2521年。风景优美，物产丰富。享有“中国温泉之乡”“大理石之乡”“杜仲之乡”“湖南省旅游强县”“中国最美休闲旅游度假名县”等美誉，是国内不可多得的全域旅游资源丰富县。xx人杰地灵，英才辈出。今天我们写生的地方——xx镇，更是风光迷人、底蕴深厚，境内的xx水库、xx温泉、xx林场，得到了社会的广泛认同和普遍赞许，吸引着国内外众多游人前来休闲度假。我相信，这些丰富的自然资源和浑厚的文化底蕴，一定会触发大家创作的激情和灵感。
　　文运同国运相牵，文脉同国脉相连。近年来，xx县委县政府在狠抓经济建设的同时，高度重视文化建设，特别是今年来，在全县广泛开展了“锦绣潇湘·金慈银澧”系列群众文化活动，本月组织了“百名文艺家走山村”活动，今天又在这里启动“油画名家xx写生”活动。这些活动的举办，有力推动了xx文化事业大发展、大繁荣，同时也为迎接党的十九大的胜利召开营造了良好的文化环境、舆论氛围。
