尊敬的所罗门群岛国会议员、部长，各位嘉宾，上午好：
　　中国有句古话：有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎！今天，我们非常高兴地迎来了所罗门群岛各位领导和嘉宾前来xx访问和经贸考察。受xx市委书记、市政府代市长同志的委托，我谨代表xx市委、xx市人民政府，并以我个人的名义，向各位嘉宾的到来表示热烈的欢迎。
　　今年是中国改革开放40周年，也是中国经济高质量发展的40年。进入新时代，中国正加速构建全面开放新格局。当前，我市正深入贯彻“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念，鼓励企业“走出去”，积极融入“一带一路”建设。
　　xx矿业有限公司是我市一家重点外向型企业。企业所在地为xx镇，企业采矿、选矿等技术实力雄厚，在行业中处于领先地位。该公司在所罗门群岛投资设立的金岭金矿有限公司，拟在所罗门群岛进行矿产开发，这是一个好项目。项目的开发，必将为所罗门群岛人民提供更多的就业岗位，有力地促进当地经济社会发展，也必将为所罗门群岛赢得更大的发展空间。xx市委、市政府将竭诚为企业走出去提供优质服务，全力促进企业在所罗门群岛投资的项目早建成、早投产、早收益。同时，我们也相信，通过各位领导和嘉宾在xx的参观考察，必将获得更大的信心。希望各位领导和嘉宾对xx矿业在所罗门群岛的项目给予大力支持，实现双方“共赢”。
