　　根据会议安排，现就2019年度工作履职情况报告如下：
　　一、述德方面
　　在工作和生活中，本人注重提高自己的品德锤炼，不断丰富和完善自我：遵守社会公德。带头学习和遵守党纪国法、遵守社会基本行为准则，遵守公民基本道德规范，关爱弱势群体；恪守职业道德。在工作中注重业务知识的学习，把握新时代农村工作性质和重点，积极开展相关工作；弘扬家庭美德。能树立正确的家庭观、幸福观，能正确处理家庭关系、亲友关系，生活习惯良好，生活情趣健康。
　　二、述职方面
　　积极听取村民意见，配合党支部多方筹措资金，不断完善本村的各项基础设施，做好各项民生工程，努力使群众满意。今年共完成18贫困户檐阶水沟建设，惠及贫困户70余人；完成改厕44户；完成琉璃瓦更换约3600平方米；完成墙体粉刷约4500平方米；10月底完成了260米通村公路的修建；中村桥梁正在实施建设，预计2020年3月中旬完成建设。大力开展环境卫生整治，全年聘请保洁员500余人次，竹篱笆放置480余米，村里环境卫生和村容村貌大为改善。
　　三、述廉方面
　　本人认真贯彻落实上级关于村干部廉洁自律的各项规定，不断增强自律意识，以此端正工作作风、生活作风，能正确对待权力，认真履行好村主任职责，严格执行民主决策、“四议两公开”等各项制度，自觉接受监督。
　　回顾一年来的工作，虽然取得了一些成绩，但也存在一些不足，例如：一是联系群众不够，对群众反映的问题不够上心；二是与支书的配合不够；三是创新意识不够。下一步，需要在以下几个方面加以改进：
　　一是要密切联系群众。多到村民身边，倾听群众呼声，做到“眼勤、嘴勤、手勤、腿勤”，切切实实帮助群众解决一些生活中困难。
　　二是要当好助手。坚决服从党支部的领导，始终坚持村委会在党支部的领导下开展工作，配合支书做好村里的各项事务，对村里的各项决策，提出合理化的意见和建议。
