　　一、亮点工作
　　1、组织学习形式多样，措施管用。针对辖区党员居民特点，开展家庭课堂讲学、发放主题教育“小书包”送学、制做党建知识日历促学。新城社区被评为国家级书香社区、自治区级示范学习讲堂。
　　2、志愿服务形成常态，参与度高。建立新时代文明实践站所区11个，组建志愿服务队35个，组织开展“倡议我响应、志愿我行动”志愿服务200多次，工农社区被自治区评为学雷锋志愿服务优秀社区。
　　3、实施党员积分管理，初见成效。在推进质量党建过程中，对居民党员实施积分制管理，党员先锋模范作用得以显现，城北社区老党员自愿管理单体楼小区、民主社区老党员主动参与小区物业管理等典型，被通辽新闻宣传报道。
　　4、党建引领社区治理，作用明显。通过深入推行“433”工作法，在全市抓党建促城乡社区治理现场会做典型交流，城北社区五联五促工作被自治区评为优秀案例。“一号通办、镇街统办”工作在通辽电视台《视线》节目中得到了专门报道。
　　二、存在不足
　　一是人员构成复杂，权责不清，社区统筹功能不到位。人员结构复杂，同工不同酬情况突出，街道社区权责不清，工作纷繁，很大程度上制约了基层党组织统筹协调作用的发挥。
　　二是经费投入不足，活动受限，社区组织作用不明显。随着城镇化水平的提高，涌入城区的人口越来越多，人员构成多样化，街道和社区承载的工作量不断加大，由于经费投入足，组织活动开展不了，制约了社区的组织作用的发挥。
　　三是硬件建设不足，信息滞后，社区示范作用不达标。10个社区办公及居民活动场所虽然基本达到了上级要求，但有三个社区活动场所都属租用，不能进行全方位、高品质的打造升级。随着居民需求不断提高、人员的流动频繁、资源更新变化，社区治理过程中面临的挑战与日俱增，紧紧依靠“微信公众号”等手段显得捉襟见肘，居民人口信息平台管理及“智慧党建”建设滞后，网格精细化管理服务难实现，制约了社区示范作用的发挥。（cww）<\/td>"); document.writeln(" <\/tr>"); document.writeln(" <\/table>");
