　　经过紧张而激烈的角逐，在大家的共同努力下，技能大赛顺利完成了各项赛程，xxx宾馆“五四”青年岗位技能大赛取得了圆满的成功。在这里，我代表xxx宾馆和大赛组委会，向在大赛中取得优异成绩的单位和个人表示热烈的祝贺！向在大赛中付出辛勤劳动的全体裁判员、工作人员表示衷心的感谢！
　　这次技能大赛是对员工培训效果和技能水平的一次全面检阅，也是拓宽人才培养渠道一项重要举措。大赛能够取得圆满成功，与各部门、各单位及广大员工的共同努力密不可分。更让我们感到欣慰的是，广大参赛选手在赛场上克服重重困难，体现了强烈的竞争意识和团队精神，真正赛出了风格，赛出了水平。借此机会，我讲几点意见。
　　一是希望各门以这次大赛为契机，切实把提高员工队伍整体素质作为一项战略任务，着力营造尊重劳动、崇尚技能、鼓励创造的浓厚氛围，进一步开展各种形式的技能培训和岗位练兵，在各个层面上为一线员工搭建切磋技艺、交流技术、展示技能的平台，造就知识型、技术型、创新型高素质员工队伍，。
　　二是希望广大员工主动适应新常态，增强使命感和工作责任感，以高度的主人翁责任感和饱满的工作热情，立足本职、爱岗敬业，充分焕发劳动热情和创造活力；勤奋学习、刻苦钻研，踊跃争当学习型、知识型、技能型员工。
　　三是希望全体参赛选手以本次大赛为新起点，不断提高技能水平。今天的成绩来之不易，这是你们勤奋学习、刻苦钻研的成果，是你们爱岗敬业、埋头苦干的回报，更是你们迈向新目标的又一起点，希望你们不骄不躁，谦虚谨慎，再接再厉，再创佳绩；同时也希望广大员工以获奖选手为榜样，立足岗位，勤于操练，不断提高技能水平，争取早日步入先进行列。
