尊敬的各位领导，同事们，大家好！
　　我能参加此次竞聘，非常激动，在此对领导和同事们对我的信任和厚爱深表感谢，能够踏入这次竟聘的舞台，我心存成功与梦想，胸怀激情与希望。因为对于所有竞聘者来说，我们竞聘的不是一个职位，而是一份激情，一份责任。这都缘于我们对事业欣欣向荣的向往、更缘于对振兴发展殷切期盼。
　　走上今天的演讲台，我对自己充满了信心，我个人认为有以下四点优势：
　　一是工作经验丰富。本人参加工作以来，历任出纳员，会计员，网点负责人，信贷员，基层副主任等职务，积累了丰富的基层工作经验，工作业绩多次得到肯定。
　　二是具有较强的组织管理与协调能力。我的额能力经过了历史的考验，今天的成就证明了一切众所周知，特别是我担任**5年来，始终坚持，人虽弱小，但争优创先的决心不能小；困难虽很多，但战胜困难的勇气不能少；压力虽巨大，但勇往直前信念不能减。
　　三是具有较强事业心和责任心。在上级的正确领导下，本人能充分发挥党员干部的先锋模范作用，身先士卒，工作勤勤恳恳，求真务实，爱业敬岗，带领员工与时俱进，开拓创新，努力完成各项工作任务。
　　本次竞聘如能成功，本人将重点做好以下几方面工作：
　　一是要摆正位置，认清职责，当好领导的参谋和助手；二是全力拓展金融业务市场份额，强管理，严内控；三是抓好线条管理，造就团结协造精神。
　　以上是我的一些设想，如果我竞聘成功，我将在党委的领导下，团结同志，按照以上思路开展工作；如果不成功，我也决不背思想包袱，坚决服从组织安排，一如既往的做好工作。
