局属各单位：
　　为加强水利水务工程建设管理，推进工程建设进度，确保各项工程按时、按质、按量完成目标任务，经局党委研究，决定对重点水利水务工程实行督查督办工作机制。有关事项通知如下：
　　一、督查督办工作内容
　　1.工程建设进度是否按计划节点执行情况。
　　2.质量、安全生产措施落实情况。
　　二、工作实施主体
　　督查督办工作由局法规股牵头负责，局安全办、质量监督办配合，组成督查组，联合开展督查督办。
　　三、工作机制
　　1.实行定期检查与不定期检查相结合制度。督查组每半个月开展一次督查工作，必要时随时开展督查。
　　2.实行督查通报制度。督查组在开展督查后的2个工作日内，将督查情况形成报告，报送至局班子成员。根据局党委决定，适时下发督查通报。
　　3.实行跟踪督办制度。对需要整改的工程，督查组负责下发督办单，并跟踪整改落实情况。
