　　一、街道（乡镇）民族宗教工作的主要职责
　　1.在党委、政府的领导和职能部门的业务指导下，负责管理辖区内的民族宗教工作。
　　2.加强对辖区内宗教活动场所的管理，落实巡查检查制度，对辖区内宗教活动场所巡查检查，每月不少于1次，重要时段和敏感时期增加巡查频次，发现问题及时处理并报告。准确了解和掌握辖区内信教群众、外来教职人员、活动场所等情况，发现问题，妥善处理。
　　3.对涉及民族宗教方面的突发事件要第一时间向应急管理部门和职能部门报告，并采取措施稳控局面，把问题解决在萌芽状态。
　　4.积极开展对辖区内宗教教职人员和宗教活动场所负责人的思想教育工作，引导宗教界参与经济社会建设。
　　5.负责对辖区社区（村）干部进行民族宗教政策、法律法规教育，提高社区（村）干部的实际工作能力，教育和引导汉族与少数民族、信教群众与不信教群众互相尊重，加强团结，共同致力于发展经济、共建和谐。
　　6.加强对群众进行爱国主义教育，破除封建迷信，崇尚科学，反对邪教，坚决制止乱建庙宇、滥塑神像的行为。
　　7.认真完成制度规定和上级交办其他事项。
　　二、村（居）民族宗教工作主要职责
　　1.在街道（乡镇）党（工）委、办事处（政府）的领导和民族宗教部门的业务指导下，负责本社区（村）的民族宗教工作。
　　2.加强对辖区内宗教活动场所的管理，落实巡查检查制度，对辖区内宗教活动场所巡查检查，每周不少于1次，重要时段和敏感时期增加巡查频次，发现问题及时处理并报告。搞好本社区（村）范围内少数民族与汉族、信教群众与不信教群众之间的团结，尊重少数民族的风俗习惯，深入实际调查掌握宗教活动情况，妥善处理各种矛盾，维护社会稳定。
　　3.配合有关部门，做好非法宗教活动和乱建宗教场所的清理工作，积极做好当地群众的教育、疏导工作。
　　4.配合街道（乡镇）和区职能部门落实好民族宗教政策，管理好当地宗教活动场所。
