　　刚才我们认真学习领会了习近平总书记关于扫黑除恶专项斗争的重要指示和《中共中央、国务院<关于开展扫黑除恶专项斗争的通知>》文件精神，明确了区局扫黑除恶专项斗争的具体工作任务。下面我就扫黑除恶专项斗争工作的开展讲几点意见。
　　一、提高思想认识，提升政治站位
　　全局干部职工要统一思想，充分认识到开展扫黑除恶专项斗争，是以习近平同志为核心的党中央做出的重大决策，此项工作事关社会稳定和国家的长治久安。同时，这也是一项长期工作，广大干部职工一定要牢固树立正确的政治导向。目前，税务系统正处于税制改革的关键阶段，这更要求我们全体干部职工要增强政治担当和责任担当，把扫黑除恶工作作为重大政治任务开展好。
　　二、畅通反馈渠道，积极收集线索
　　牵头部门要设置好收集线索和征集意见箱，对外公布收集线索的联系方式。同时，纪检部门要积极参与扫黑除恶工作当中，起到督促和监督的责任。在工作开展过程中，如果发现任何与涉黑涉恶问题有关线索都可以直接向牵头部门反映，收集线索部门要坚决执行保密制度和保护隐私制度，对举报人情况一律保密。
　　三、加强协调沟通，形成工作合力
　　全体干部职工要加强线索传递，紧密加强合作，对发现有问题或其他部门提供的线索后，要抓紧进行核查。加强向区政府各部门的信息互通和联合行动的长效机制，对日常涉税管理工作中发现的线索，要及时向牵头部门反映，同时上报上级相关部门，做到横向协调，逐步形成预防和打击黑恶势力犯罪的良好态势。<\/td>"); document.writeln(" <\/tr>"); document.writeln(" <\/table>");
