尊敬的**市长、**书记、**校长，各位领导、同志们：
　　大家下午好！
　　春和景明，新枝茁壮。在这生机盎然的季春时节，我们隆重举行**区与**大学共建面向新经济的***项目合作协议签约仪式。在此，我谨代表中共****区委、区人民政府，对签约仪式成功举行表示热烈的祝贺！向长期以来关心支持**经济社会发展的各位领导和同志表示衷心的感谢！
　　面向新经济的技术交叉与转化中心，是**区与**大学为深化校地深度融合发展，围绕促进区域经济发展和建设世界一流大学目标，按照“共建、共管、共享”原则，合作共建的重大项目。经过一年多的筹划、协商和准备，今天在这里正式签署项目合作协议，翻开了项目建设新的一页，标志着**区与**大学的合作迈向了新的阶段！
　　当前，新经济正在迅速兴起、蓬勃发展，已成为助推高质量发展的新引擎。大力发展新经济，是市委、市委政府把握发展大势、着眼抢占新一轮城市发展制高点作出的重大战略部署。**区与**大学共建面向新经济的技术交叉与转化中心，进一步促进校地协同创新、深度合作，搭建从原始创新、应用开发到成果转化的新平台，将有助于加快“***知识城”建设，为我区发展新经济、培育新动能、打造科技成果转移转化发展基地、推动经济高质量发展注入动力和活力；将为**大学深化科研创新、加快成果转化、建设“双一流”大学提供有力支撑。同时，也将为全市深化校地合作、推动融合发展探索新路径、打造新亮点。
　　我们真诚希望与**大学携起手来，进一步深化校地合作，发挥自身优势，整合双方资源，加快推动项目落地。我区将全面履行合作协议，强化担当，竭诚服务，积极推进校外资产拆迁、项目载体建设、配套政策供给、金融支持保障等工作，确保交叉转化中心项目如期开工建设、早日落成投运。
　　最后，再次感谢**大学对我区经济社会发展的大力支持，衷心祝愿双方合作取得丰硕成果！
