同志们：
    在春节即将来临之际，市妇联在这里举行爱心捐助活动，这是妇联组织以实际行动贯彻落实党的十七大精神，推进和谐社会建设的重要举措，这项活动对于在全社会大力弘扬中华民族扶贫济困、团结友爱的传统美德，努力唱响和谐、友爱、关怀、奉献的主旋律，必将起到积极的促进作用。在此，我代表市委、市政府向给予这次活动大力支持的各位企业家和社会各界爱心人士表示崇高的敬意！
    妇女是半边天，儿童是祖国的未来、民族的希望。当前，由于地域的差别、家庭的变故等原因，在我市还有一部分妇女生活在贫困线以下，一些儿童因为家庭贫困不能像正常孩子那样无忧无虑的学习和生活。对此，市委、市政府高度重视，采取了一系列救助措施，社会各界也纷纷伸出了援助之手。从1995年开始，市妇联牵头实施了“春蕾计划”，开展了一系列捐资助学、扶贫帮困活动，一部分企业家慷慨解囊，主动捐款捐物，使16000余名儿童背起书包走进校园。今天，各位企业家和社会各界爱心人士再次为全市贫困妇女儿童捐款捐物，奉献爱心，为她们送去生活的希望和光明。这一善举，充分体现了这些企业家强烈的社会责任感。希望全市的企业家都要以他们为榜样，热心公益事业，致富不忘回报社会，主动为困难群众献上一片爱心。希望受到救助的妇女儿童一定要自尊、自信、自立、自强，不向困难低头，不向挫折弯腰，增强生活信心，努力改变困境，以优异的成绩感恩时代、回报社会。
