　　按照会议要求，现将**干部联户党总支干部联户进展情况汇报如下：
　　一是通过联户公示架起“连心桥”。联户干部把精力放在解决当地群众反映的热点问题上，想群众之所想，急群众之所急，着力为群众解决生产生活中的困难和问题，让群众“看得见，摸得着，长远受益”。通过为32个包联的村庄统一制作“干部联骨干”“骨干联群众”网络构架图，并在村庄党务公开栏统一张贴，确保真联系群众、真帮扶村庄、真解决问题，让群众得到实实在在的实惠。
　　二是通过收集民意当好“信息员”。**针对收集的13条问题及意见建议，安排专人逐项进行调查处理，每一项均形成单独的调查情况报告。目前有4条已经完成，其余9条正在积极协调解决中。**局对确定的拟为各村解决的36条问题，组织召开党小组会议进行研究，建立问题台账，确定完成时限，实行动态管理、跟踪销号。目前，已解决8条，25条正在推进中。联户干部以新的作风、新的行动赢得了群众的欢迎和信任，提升了群众满意度和幸福感。
　　三是通过结对帮扶书写“民情日记”。**多方筹措资金2.3万元，帮助**村新建了党建工作和村务工作公示栏，并协助村庄对排水沟进行了重新挖掘和整修；对主要街道的花坛进行了整修、除草等,村庄环境明显改观。****），主动向村里捐款600元现金，帮助解决***村修路资金困难的问题，得到村民的高度赞扬。同时，联户干部对32个村庄167户贫困户进行走访慰问，并对贫困户“精准帮扶责任卡”进行了重新登记和发放。
