　　下面，召开第一次全体代表会议。宣布大会开幕；听取乡党委年度工作报告；听取乡纪委年度工作报告（书面）。
　　下面，召开分团会议。分团审议乡党委、纪委工作报告；收集代表联名提出属于本乡党代会职权范围内的提　案。
　　下面，召开党委会。听取代表讨论党委、纪委工作报告情况的汇报；听取代表提案审查情况报告；通过党委工作报告的决议（草案）；通过纪委工作报告的决议（草案）；
