　　甲方：xxx村民委员会（简称甲方）
　　乙方：xx村xx组村民（简称乙方）

　　依据中华人民共和国有关法律之相关规定，本着诚实信用原则，在协商一致的基础上，就xx大道x两侧中的相关乙方的祖坟搬迁补偿达成以下协议，甲、乙双方保证严格遵守。
　　一、甲方在xx大道x中涉及乙方的祖坟搬迁补偿进行一次性补偿。
　　二、迁坟补偿标准：由甲方按每单坟xxx元/穴、双穴xxx元/穴标准向乙方进行补偿，向乙方补偿墓穴共计xx穴（其中单坟x穴，双坟x穴），合计款xxxxx元，（大写xxxxxx元）。
　　三、乙方在领取补偿款后，不得再向甲方提出任何迁坟的相关补偿要求。
　　四、支付方式：签订协议后甲方现场现金支付补偿费用或用一折通进行补偿。
　　五、时限要求：乙方自签订本协议之日起xx日内完成迁坟，否则甲方按照无主坟进行处理。
　　六、违约责任：甲、乙双方必须认真执行以上条款，如有一方不履行合同义务，不符合双方约定的，应当依照《中华人民共和国合同法》的有关规定，由责任方承担违约责任。
　　七、争议的解决方式：甲、乙在履行本合同中发生的争议，由双方协商或通过调解解决。协商或调解不成，可以向当地人民法院起诉。
　　八、本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，本协议从签定之日起生效，其它未竟事宜由双方协商解决。
