　　我叫xx，今天对于我来讲是神圣的一天，我怀着激动的心情迎来了我的政治生日。作为一名共产党员，我同大家一样有两个生日，一个是出生日，以示珍重生命；另一个是政治生日，表达对党忠诚。政治生日活动，使我强化了党性意识和宗旨意识，给了我接受党性教育的好机会。记得2004年的今天，我举起右手，对着党旗庄严宣誓，正式加入中国共产党，内心感到非常光荣。依稀记得在写入党申请书的时候，第一句话是这样写的：“我志愿加入中国共产党，决心为共产主义奋斗终身”。开展党员过“政治生日”活动，是保持党员队伍先进性和纯洁性的有效载体，也是加强基层党组织与党员之间相互沟通交流的桥梁和纽带，非常有意义，我将积极参与。通过“五个一万”的活动形式，加强和改进了新形势下党员的教育、管理和监督，增强了党员的组织观念和政治使命感，促进了党员先锋模范作用的发挥，增强了党组织的凝聚力、战斗力。
　　回想往事，历历在目。十多年来，我始终按照我的誓言，做好党组织交给我的工作任务。想想十多年党对我的关心、培养、支持，感到十分自豪。1995年，我是一名医学院校的大学生，由于党和政府的关心，我被分配到市防疫站从事公共卫生工作，一干就是二十多年，工作平凡，没有什么惊天动地的事情，但我全心全意为人民服务的宗旨没有动摇，在公共卫生技术指导工作中，做到了有求必应，从不含糊，始终以一个合格的党员严格要求自己，做到急群众所急，为民排忧解难，切实保障了人民群众的身体健康。
　　今天，我重温那铭记于心的入党誓词，更能感受到一种神圣、一种责任、一种使命。在接下来的日子，我仍会认真做好自己的本职工作，进一步提高自己的党性意识，多为领导出谋划策、排忧解难，为新余的卫生事业的发展贡献自己的力量。<\/td>"); document.writeln(" <\/tr>"); document.writeln(" <\/table>");
