　　为认真贯彻落实《国务院关于加强爱国卫生工作的决定》，根据《xx创建国家卫生城市工作实施方案（2018-2020年）》（xx办字〔2018〕xx号）和《xx创建国家卫生城市健康教育与健康促进工作实施方案》精神（xx创卫办字〔2018〕xx号），结合本局实际，制定如下工作计划：
　　一、工作内容
　　（一）制定本局工作计划。
　　内容涵盖无烟单位创建、全民健身活动、健康教育宣传等。（责任部门：办公室牵头）
　　（二）开展无烟单位创建。
　　积极开展无烟单位创建和“世界无烟日”等控烟、禁烟宣传活动，制定禁烟制度，在本单位办公区域设置禁烟标志，认真贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于领导干部带头在公共场所禁烟有关事项的通知》文件精神，鼓励干部职工做控烟的表率，签订禁烟承诺书。（责任部门：办公室牵头，全体职工配合）
　　（三）开展全民健身活动。
　　落实工作场所工间操制度，并设立1名体育指导员，购买必要的设备；在“全民健身活动月”“全民健身日”或相应节假日，开展符合单位特点和职工喜闻乐见的体育健身或竞赛活动。（责任部门：工会，全体职工配合）
　　（四）开展健康教育。
　　以《中国公民健康素养——基本知识和技能》为主要内容，在职责范围内开展健康教育和健康促进活动，提高职工健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率。在单位和管辖范围内设置相应的健康教育宣传栏，每季更换一期宣传内容；积极开展健康基础知识、吸烟有害健康等社会宣传，有控烟巡查员对吸烟人员进行劝阻。（责任部门：办公室牵头，全体职工配合）
　　二、组织领导
　　成立xx局健康教育与健康促进工作领导小组，组长：xx，副组长：xx，成员：xx、xx。领导小组办公室设在xx，xx任办公室主任，具体负责健康教育与健康促进协调工作。
　　三、工作要求
