　　为认真贯彻落实《中共**县委关于深刻汲取“疫苗案件”教训集中开展干部作风大整顿活动的实施方案》要求，认真做好干部作风大整顿第二阶段“深入查摆、找准问题”工作，督促每名机关干部制定查找问题清单、原因剖析清单、整改措施清单、责任落实清单、完成任务清单等5个清单，深入查找和梳理自身存在的突出问题，现结合****实际和全县干部作风大整顿活动中广泛征求群众意见要求，制定工作方案如下：
　　一、参加和征求意见范围对象
　　参加范围：***全体机关干部
　　征求意见对象：****全体机关干部、服务对象、脱贫攻坚帮扶村干部代表、基层群众
　　二、征求意见内容
　　紧扣作风建设，对标中央和省、市、县委有关作风建设要求，对照法律法规和法定职责规范，聚焦当前干部队伍中存在的“不想为、不想担，不愿为、不愿担，不敢为、不敢担，不会为、不会担”等问题和“宽松软、躲怕推、虚漂浮、粗浅慢、庸懒散”之弊，着重向本单位机关干部、部分服务对象、脱贫攻坚帮扶村代表、群众代表征求意见建议，为全面整改提高、建立长效机制奠定基础。
　　三、征求意见时间和形式
　　8月31日—9月10日为集中征求群众意见阶段，全面梳理基层群众和社会各界关于全县干部作风方面的意见建议。主要通过以下形式征求意见：
　　（一）对中层干部、一般干部征求意见方式：
　　1.召开县委办公室机关干部大会。9月10日召开**机关干部大会，广泛征集当前干部作风方面的突出问题。
　　（二）对服务对象、脱贫攻坚帮扶村干部代表、基层群众征求意见方式：
　　1.发放征求意见表。向部分服务对象、脱贫攻坚村干部代表、群众代表发放征求意见表，征求意见表回收、梳理汇总后形成汇总表。
　　四、做好征求意见结果运用
　　根据汇总后作风问题突出表现和意见建议，对于涉及科室职责事项，归口转交相关责任部门具体落实；对于其中的具体举报案件线索，及时提供全县干部作风大整顿活动领导小组办公室监督问责组研究处理。负责承办具体工作事项的科室，及时向县委办公室督察指导组反馈整改落实情况。<\/td>"); document.writeln(" <\/tr>"); document.writeln(" <\/table>");
