　　为了全面推进城乡环境综合整治，彻底治理农村“十乱”现象，着力改善农村人居环境质量，建设美丽幸福家园。特签订农户“门前三包”责任书。

　　乙方：

　　一、甲乙双方责任
　　（一）甲方责任
　　甲方负责与乙方签订《**县农户门前三包责任书》，检查督促乙方落实三包责任，对不履行三包责任的农户，甲方可下达责令整改通知，并视其情节做出经济处罚等相应处理。
　　（二）乙方责任
　　1.包卫生：负责门前屋后的卫生清洁，不乱倒垃圾、乱泼污水、乱扔果皮纸屑、乱贴广告，保持地面平整，排水畅通。制止他人在门前、责任区域乱丢、乱画、乱倒垃圾，保持责任区域的清洁。
　　2.包绿化：搞好门前绿化、美化工作，保护门前花草树木，杜绝乱折、乱砍、乱攀、乱踩、乱订、乱挂等现象。　
　　3.包秩序：保持门前秩序良好，禁止门前杂物柴草乱放、粪土乱堆、棚圈乱搭、车辆乱停。屋内物品洁净整齐摆放，管护好门前公共设施。
　　乙方必须严格按照“门前三包”的内容落实责任，制止他人违规行为。对影响责任书落实，不听劝告的，乙方可申请甲方协助处理。
　　二、监管及奖惩
　　签订本责任书的农户符合**县农户卫生整洁示范户评选标准的，可参与评选活动，评选结果在行政村或居民点广场进行公示、强化宣传，并按规定给与相应的奖励。
　　本责任书一式两份，甲乙双方各一份，从签订之日起生效。
