　　根据上级有关危房改造文件精神，确保四类人群有安全住房保障，经危改农户所在的村和乡即监管方（以下称第三方），与危改对象农户（以下称甲方）及监护人（以下称乙方），按照有关政策达成协议如下：
　　1、甲方同意由乙方监护，共同居住。
　　2、甲方在力所能及的情况下可以给予乙方一定的帮助，不得向乙方提出不合理的要求。
　　3、甲方财产依法由甲方自主支配，乙方及其配偶、子女不得向被赡养人强行索取。
　　4、乙方同意提供甲方安全住房，并照顾甲方日常生活，保证甲方吃饱、吃好、穿暖。
　　5、甲方体弱多病行走不便的，乙方要及时给予医治、照顾和精心看护，在精神上关心，不得用粗暴蛮横的语言对待。
　　6、待乙方为甲方住房安置以后，甲方危房不得住人，自行拆除或委托第三方拆除。
　　7、因履行本协议出现纠纷的，甲乙双方应友好协商；协商不成的，可以请求所在村民委员会等调解组织调解。
　　8、甲乙双方按照相关危改政策规定执行，可享受相关政策补贴。
　　9、本协议甲乙双方共同委托乡、村监督执行。
　　10、本协议共2页，一式4份，具有同等法律效力，甲方、乙方、村委会、乡各执一份。
