　　根据《xx县粮食安全宣传周活动实施方案》，结合我局实际，制定我单位粮食安全“五进”活动实施方案。
　　一、工作目标
　　通过开展粮食安全“五进”活动，切实提高广大消费者粮食安全意识，增强粮油经营企业和经营户粮食安全责任感，营造人人关注、参与粮食安全的良好氛围。
　　二、活动时间
　　2018年6月16日——6月23日
　　三、活动内容
　　（一）深入农村、市场和社区，大力宣传粮食流通有关的法律法规，采取现场咨询，流动宣传，发放资料等形式，为老百姓提供粮食安全标准，爱粮节粮知识等方面的知识，提高群众爱粮节粮意识。
　　（二）开展粮油安全公益宣传活动。在机关楼下及接口组织开展一次食用油安全宣传活动，让群众了解粮油的生产工艺水平，自觉抵制假冒粮油的流通。
　　（三）加强监管，加大打击力度。县粮食局要组织力量，加大对市场监管的力度，特别是要加强对我县粮油生产企业的监管。决不允许假冒粮油流入市场，对违反有关法律法规政策的经营企业和经销户要坚决查处。
　　（四）建立诚信体系，保障粮食安全。组织全县所有粮食加工企业签定诚信经营责任书，不经销假冒商品，不掺杂使假，不以次充好，提高诚信度，营造良好健康的经营环境。
　　四、加强领导，落实责任。
　　县粮食局成立食品安全工作领导组。局长为组长，各分管副局长为副组长，相关股室为具体承办机构，责任到人、检查到位，确保活动安全，有序开展，取得实效。
