　　大家好！喜看麦熟丰收季，美丽xx迎佳讯。今天，我们在这里隆重举行爱心扶贫捐赠仪式，这是一个值得庆贺的日子，是又一件利民好事，惠及xx扶贫的善举。在此，我代表卫计局党委，对这次活动的成功举办，表示热烈的祝贺！向参加今天捐赠仪式的各位领导、各位来宾和父老乡亲，表示热烈的欢迎！
　　xx县卫计局一直高度重视xx村驻村帮扶工作，自包联该村以来，我局立足部门职能职责，选派机关干部任驻村“第一书记”，局领导班子成员带领机关干部经常深入各自包联户开展精准帮扶，与村党员干部、贫困户座谈交流，逐户制定脱贫措施。在充分论证的基础上，累计投资57.6万元，扶持、指导村上发展光伏产业、新建村级社区服务中心和标准化卫生室各一所，硬化村级产业发展道路，美化亮化乡村环境卫生，复垦整治村上土地发展西甜瓜、大棚蔬菜等一批高效农业，增加群众收入，带动村上脱贫致富，确保小康路上不落一人。
　　今天，我们组织民营医院在包联村举行爱心扶贫捐赠仪式，作为帮扶单位，卫计局有义务、有责任在精准扶贫中汇聚帮扶资源，彰显社会温暖，将扶贫济困、乐善好施的传统美德发扬光大，以爱心奉献推动精准扶贫，更好的造福邻里桑梓，为打赢脱贫攻坚战奉献一份微薄力量。
