全县教育系统广大师生：
　　健康是人生最宝贵的财富，快乐是生命最大的幸福。当我们在每天清晨伴着朝阳的升起享受生命的快乐与幸福时，不幸的命运却降临在**小学二年级学生***的身上。
　　今年3月，因突发疾病，经省人民医院检验，被确诊为再生障碍性贫血，治疗方法只有进行骨髓移植手术，治疗费用大概需要六十万元左右，高额的医疗费给这个普通家庭带来了难以承受的沉重负担。***是一个聪明伶俐、品学兼优的好学生，为挽救这个对生命充满渴望的花季儿童，为了生命的延续和奇迹的诞生，县教育局倡议在全县教育系统广大教师、教育工作者和全体学生中开展一次爱心捐助活动。
　　全县各学校要发扬“一人有难、众人支援”的优良传统，弘扬团结互助的友爱精神，在广大师生中积极进行宣传动员，组织开展爱心捐助活动，让广大师生自愿伸出援助之手，奉献自己的一片爱心、关怀和援助，共同为挽救病重的***同学贡献自己的一点力量，为她获取新生提供一点希望和帮助。
　　各学校要结合这次爱心捐助活动，在全县师生中开展一次集体主义、助人为乐、扶危济困和传统美德教育，使师生通过这次活动，普遍得到思想和道德的升华，并以此鼓舞和激励教师珍惜生活、珍惜岗位，干好本职工作，教育学生珍惜生命，努力学习，立志成才。
