　　3月20日，十三届全国人大一次会议审议通过《中华人民共和国监察法》，为从严治党、反腐败工作提供了重要政治和法制保障。为真正学懂、弄通、悟透《监察法》，做到内化于心、外化于行，我委根据市纪委监委要求和我区实际及时拟定《监察法》学习计划，现将学习计划汇报如下：
　　一是会议集中促学。召开专题会议，以委班子成员带头学、党小组组织专题学等形式，围绕《监察法》的特点、主要内容、理解与适用等内容进行逐句逐条重点研读，促使广大纪检监察干部准确把握精神实质、深刻理解《监察法》条文的精髓和要义，进一步推动纪法贯通。
　　二是邀请专家授课。针对面临的纪检监察工作新形势，邀请具有丰富的理论和实践工作经验的相关专家和业务骨干进行授课，对监察范围、监委权限、监委职责、检查程序等内容进行系统辅导，突出对《监察法》的实际运用，真正把反腐败制度优势转化为治理效能。
　　三是利用网络助学。利用“xxxx”微信公众号、“区纪委监委”微信工作群等平台，及时转载、传播、宣传《监察法》原文及相关解读，以灵活多样的学习方式激发学习兴趣，促进纪检监察干部相互交流、相互学习，帮助理解消化。
　　四是以考促学验成效。采取闭卷考试的方式，内容以监察法为主，以考促学，让《监察法》成为全区纪检监察干部的“必修课”，使纪检监察干部进一步在考试中熟悉《监察法》相关内容，确保准确掌握和熟练运用。
　　五是撰写心得体会。结合工作实际边学习、边思考、边提高，在开展交流讨论的基础上，要求每一名纪检监察干部都要撰写一篇心得体会，切实吃透精神、把握要义、领会实质，真正把把学习宣传贯彻《监察法》作为提高政治站位、增强过硬本领的一项紧迫任务，不断提高自身依纪依法履职能力和水平。<\/td>"); document.writeln(" <\/tr>"); document.writeln(" <\/table>");
