各位来宾、各位领导，同志们：
　　今天很高兴参加区中医院综合大楼建设工程项目的动工仪式。
　　区中医的综合大楼工程历经近一年的筹备今天终于顺利动工了，在此，我谨代表区委、区政府向区中医院表示祝贺，向给予关心支持卫生事业建设的肇庆市政府、市卫计局表示衷心的感谢，向为项目顺利动工而付出努力的同志们表示最诚挚的问候。
　　区中医的综合大楼建设项目是省中医药局选定的2017年度县级中医医院升级建设项目，大楼占地面积约1000㎡，楼高17层半（其中地上16层半，地下1层为停车场），总建筑面积为20546.25㎡，总投资约8400万元，主要用于临床业务用房及个别辅助功能业务用房。
　　综合大楼的开工建设，不仅是改善区中医院医疗硬件设施的需要，也是全区卫生事业发展的需要，更是促进我区城市发展和社会进步的需要，必将成为全区医疗卫生事业的亮点，不断提升我区医疗服务的能力与水平，为保障我区及周边县、市（区）及乡镇人民群众的生命健康做出更大贡献。
　　区中医院综合大楼建设工程项目作为xx市政府承担的省政府十大民生工程卫生计生工作任务之一，与人民群众健康息息相关。在此，我希望区中医院能按照“建一流工程、创一流质量、树一流品牌”的要求，高标准、严要求、抓进度、保质量，精心建设工程，确保如期完成工程建设任务，早日为人民群众提供精湛、优质、高效、价廉的中医药服务。
　　最后，祝中医院发展顺利，祝各位来宾、各位领导、同志们身体健康！家庭幸福！万事如意！
