各部门：
　　2017年度，在*****局党委、*****市党委的正确领导下，在*****市直机关工委及有关部门的关心和支持下，我局全面贯彻党的十八大、十九大精神和*****工作会议精神，紧紧围绕*****工作的中心任务和经济社会发展的需要，不断增强*****市事业发展的活力和动力，进一步加大新技术的应用和信息化建设的力度，加强专业技术队伍的建设，提高技术人员的综合能力，拓展对外服务，深入开展“两学一做”、“学、转、促”等活动，着力解决涉及群众利益的难点热点问题，推进和谐*****建设，努力实现了****事业的稳定团结、和谐发展。
　　在2017年的工作中，我局涌现出了一大批先进集体和先进个人，他们在工作中刻苦钻研、锐意进取、无私奉献、开拓创新，展现了新一代艰苦奋斗、无私奉献的精神风貌。为了更好地调动广大干部职工为促进单位稳定发展、和谐建设的积极性、主动性和创造性，经广泛民主评议，并经局党组研究，决定对*****等三个先进集体，以及表现突出的八名先进个人、三名优秀专业技术工作者、两名优秀党员、一名优秀党务工作者予以表彰。
　　希望受到表彰的先进集体和个人珍惜荣誉，戒骄戒躁，继续发扬自力更生、艰苦奋斗、无私奉献、顽强拼搏的精神，做到面对成绩不骄傲，面对困难不丧志，树立工作信心，增强工作斗志，集众人所长，凝心聚力，共同面对工作中的新情况、新问题，以坚韧不拔的精神，积极探索，努力工作，在2018年的工作中再创佳绩，为*****事业的全面发展做出更大的贡献。同时，望广大干部职工以先进集体和先进个人为榜样，学习他们求真务实、无私奉献、顾全大局的奉献精神；学习他们爱岗敬业、努力工作的敬业精神，积极适应新形势、新要求，求真务实，争创先进，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，全面聚焦社会稳定和长治久安总目标，奋力推进*****现代化建设新征程，为实现****作出新的更大贡献，努力开创*****工作新局面。
