甲方：
乙方：
为完善和提升某项目基础设施及旅游接待能力，打造**精品。本着平等互利的原则，经双方友好协商，特签订本意向书。
一、项目建设内容：乙方在**区域投资开发**项目、配套基础设施建设及休闲度假产品，项目总投资约****万元，项目具体面积以地形图双方约定为准。
二、甲方同意将**区域交由乙方开发**项目，并向乙方提供用地平面图。
三、乙方在意向书签订后聘请具有资质的规划设计人员根据甲方的用地平面图实施规划。完成整个片区的规划概念性设计交甲方审核。达成共识后签订正式协议。
四、甲方负责该片区的地形图测绘工作，并安排一名领导干部配合乙方的规划设计工作。
五、乙方在项目实施过程中，甲方需保障项目中的土地征用，居民搬迁的顺利进行，相关费用由乙方支付。以及其他遗留问题由甲方处理。
六、未尽事宜，可进一步协商确定，在正式协议中注明，以正式协议为准。
本协议一式四份，甲、乙双方各两份。双方签字后生效。
