镇机关全体干部职工、一村两大志愿者、全体运动员、裁判员：
　　金秋时节，国庆佳节即将到来之际，致和镇趣味体育运动会隆重开幕了！在此，我谨代表镇党委、政府向运动会的开幕表示热烈的祝贺！向全体运动员表示亲切的慰问！向精心筹备本次运动会的全体工作人员、教练员、裁判员以及无私为我们提供场地的致和中学表示衷心的感谢！
　　机关运动会是机关文化建设的重要内容，是各办（所）展示精神文明建设的平台，也是同事之间相互了解、增进友谊的有效途径。过去，致和镇也多次举办过类似的活动。但是自**以来，全体干部职工日以继夜、全身心投入灾后重建、基层基础工作、农村产权制度改革及其他重点工作当中，放弃了许多参与体育锻炼的机会。镇党委、政府在安排落实上级下达的各项工作任务时，也始终关心关注着每一位同志的身体健康。
　　今天的运动会旨在“抛砖引玉”，为我们的干部职工创造条件，使大家都能够在紧张工作之余积极投身到全民健身行列中，让体育锻炼经常化，个人健康生活化，同时把体育运动“团结”、“拼搏”的精神转化为推进致和跨越发展的巨大动力，激发大家同心同德，艰苦奋斗，以更加强建的体魄、更加饱满的热情投身于建设美好新家园的征程中。
　　最后希望全体运动员大力弘扬奥运精神，公平竞争，顽强拼搏，赛出水平，赛出友谊，赛出风格。希望全体裁判员认真负责，公正裁决，切实维护比赛的公平性、纯洁性。共同努力把本次运动会办成隆重、热烈、精彩和友谊的盛会。
