县政府：
　　根据县政府安排部署，衡水厚德房地产开发有限公司于2014年在龙海源项目配建2栋经济适用房，占地面积面积为6666.67平方米，住宅套数144套，该工程于2015年12月建成。
　　按照经济适用房价格管理办法和县审计局审计核算单价为2634.77元/㎡，根据《河北省人民政府关于加快保障性安居工程建设的实施意见》（冀政[2011]28号）精神，应减免271.38元/平方米（营业税、所得税、教育附加税、地方教育附加税、城市建设维护税、印花税），减免土地使用税151元/ 平方米，共计422.38元/㎡，并确定基价为：2212.39元/平方米。
　　我局于2015年1月15日向县政府就此项工作进行了书面汇报。为贯彻落实减免税费政策，县政府于2015年1月21日召开常务会议，研究同意按上述政策进行税费减免。
　　目前，龙海源项目经济适用房急需办理客户房产证等相关手续。请县政府协调国税局、地税局、审计局、物价局等相关部门贯彻落实税费减免政策，即减免原拟定税收422.38元/㎡，保证经济适用房客户房产证的办理。
