　　首先，我代表xx县委、县政府向贵院对我县的大力援助表示衷心的感谢，并致以崇高的敬意！
　　xx县位于河北省衡水市东南部，京杭大运河西畔，隔京杭大运河与山东省百里相连，东部与德州市区接壤，位于“两省三市七县”交界处。县域总面积941平方公里，总人口52万人，辖9镇4乡，为省级贫困县，在区域面积和人口来看，在衡水市为大县。近年来，以“一城三区”为载体，形成服装服饰、车辆装备制造、新能源新材料、绿色安全食品、现代服务业五大产业，2015年财政收入突破10亿元，在全市率先实现了城区通电动公交车。
　　前不久，我县与贵公司达成援助新能源电动汽车的意向。此举将极大缓解我县城乡交通压力，方便市民出行，助力节能减排，有力推动城乡一体化进程。也充分体现了贵院紧紧立足企业发展、积极履行社会责任的高远发展战略。
　　下一步，我县将认真做好捐赠车辆的发放、使用与管理，最大程度发挥好捐赠车辆的作用。同时，也希望与贵院在更高层次、更广领域、更深层次开展合作，成为真诚合作、互惠共赢的重要合作伙伴。
