　　为深入推进我局服务型行政执法建设工作，查看各项工作是否贯彻落实到位，我局成立督导检查小组，由森林公安政委任组长，对局属各科室，各二级机构开展督导检查。
　　督导内容分为4大块，分别为年度方案制定，组织开展观摩、交流，开展行政调解，开展执法人员培训等。林业综合执法支队作为培育服务型行政执法示范点，被列为重点检查对象。检查小组一方面听取汇报，查阅工作方案等资料，另一方面实地查看执法支队和森林公安的办案情况。
　　经过现场评估，林业综合执法支队制定的年度方案效果最好，森林公安“两法衔接”工作成绩最出色。但是在开展观摩、交流，法治培训方面创新意识不强，配套制度还需完善。
　　检查组就下一步如何做好服务型行政执法建设工作提出了要求：一是要继续完善行政调解程序，在相关领域抓紧建立便捷、高效的行政调解制度。二是要注重林业综合执法支队的典型带动，示范引领。通过业务指导，督促帮扶，促其创经验，出成效。三是要结合2016年度河南省行政执法证换发工作，开展服务型行政执法建设专题培训，促进行政执法人员牢固树立服务型行政执法理念。
