　　今年1-9月份，我局以开展安全生产监管执法年活动为主线，扎实开展了特种设备“打非治违”专项行动、“大排查大管控大整治”行动、“两节两会”、“五一”、“G20峰会”、“中秋国庆”等重点时段特种设备安全专项检查，截止目前，全县未发生一起特种设备安全事故，确保了全县特种设备安全稳定，具体情况自评如下：
　　一、工作特色亮点：
　　1、领导重视，领导带队开展特种设备安全检查常态化。至目前，领导共带队检查80余次。
　　2、特种设备安全专项整治成效显著。截止目前，共出动执法人员390多人次，检查特种设备使用单位109家，安装单位6家，气瓶充装单位7家，气瓶检验单位1家，检查特种设备设备467台套，下达“特种设备安全监察指令书”126份，立案查处特种设备违法违规案件11起。
　　3、主动服务企业，助推企业安全发展。我局今年已组织2次特种设备使用单位人员业务培训，参加培训人员150人；组织1次电梯困人事故应急救援演练活动；帮助26家企业制定和完善安全管理规章制度。
　　4、积极宣传，营造全民参与氛围。我局充分利用嘉禾电视台、嘉禾手机报、嘉禾网、嘉禾安监微信平台、省质监工商局、市质监局网站等媒体对特种设备安全监管工作开展情况进行宣传报导，至目前，共发表信息报导12篇。
　　二、存在的困难和问题：
　　1、部分企业安全主体责任意识不强、安全投入不足，忽视安全教育培训，安全管理不到位，存在较大安全隐患。
　　2、安全监管力量薄弱，监管范围广、设备多，存在对隐患整改复查不及时现象。
　　3、基层监管所监管力量薄弱。目前，6个乡镇监管所均无持证的安全监察员。
　　4、安全监管执法设备和应急救援设备欠缺，无法满足监管需要。
