　　“两学一做”学习教育开展以来，我镇严格按照市委的部署和要求，坚持高站位谋划、强力度推进，“四学”并举，确保学习教育不走过场，取得实效。
　　一是动员“讲学”。4月30日，我镇召开了“两学一做”动员大会，党委书记刘玉峰深刻解读“两学一做”学习教育的重大意义，同时，成立了“两学一做”领导小组及学习教育办公室，加强对全镇“两学一做”工作的指导。全镇党员干部进一步加深了对“两学一做”学习教育的理解把握，争做合格党员已成为广大党员干部的自觉行动。
　　二是创新“帮学”。5月9日，我镇开展了“手写党章述党情”活动，我镇统一订购了制式《手抄党章笔记本》，组织全体党员干部及各村领导干部学习抄写党章，通过“手写党章”的形式，认真学习党章，增强“两学一做”专题教育的吸引力和感染力，推动学习贯彻工作落实。
　　三是媒介“送学”。在镇院门口、镇院内及办公楼门口，各村大队都悬挂条幅，楼道张贴宣传画，便民服务大厅显示屏宣传相关内容，及时上传党章、准则、条例等党内法规制度和系列讲话摘编，为党员干部开展自学提供方便，确保学习教育全覆盖。
　　四是模范“导学”。各党支部把“群众得实惠”摆在重要位置，在全镇选择10个村，搞好“为民服务公示制”。将党员照片及为民办好事办实事情况在公开栏进行公示。镇党委统一购买了党徽胸章，要求每位党员佩带，把党员身份亮出来，把形象“亮”起来，激发保持先进性、建设新农村的热情，确保学习教育落地见效。
