各位代表：
中国共产党×××第×次代表大会代表资格审查小组，对出席本次党代会代表产生的民主程序和代表资格进行了认真审查，现将审查结果报告如下:
根据《中国共产党基层组织选举工作暂行条例》和上级党组织的规定，第×次党员代表大会名额为×××名，共划为××个选举单位，除×个选举单位是通过召开党员代表大会选举外，其余××个选举单位均通过召开党员大会选举产生。代表选举工作于×月×日已全部结束。
各选举单位在代表的选举过程中，认真贯彻民主集中制的原则，充分发扬党内民主，在广泛听取各方面意见的基础上，采取了自下而上的方法进行提名推荐，根据多数选举人的意见确定代表候选人，然后采用差额选举办法，以无记名投票的方式选举产生了出席本次代表大会的代表。
